BAKED APPLE AND COMPOTE
The cooked apple is a treasure for our intestines, and this will undoubtedly be reflected in the health of our skin.
To make the baked apple it is very easy. The first thing we will have to do is remove the heart, add a little cinnamon and some dried fruit (optional).
We will put them on a tray with a little mineral water and let them cook to taste, a very good liquid will remain in the tray, you can water them with it before serving them or store them in the refrigerator to always have them ready.
To make the apple compote , we will have to peel the apples (3/4 units) and cut them into pieces.
Remove the core and put them in a saucepan with about 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 3 tablespoons of apple concentrate, cinnamon to taste and a pinch of sea salt.
Optionally we could also add some dates. We will mix well and let them cook until they obtain a golden color.
