We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in this way we contribute to not leaving as much of a carbon footprint and being sustainable.

In how much time will my request be delivered?
24-48h in Spain (except the Balearic and Canary Islands which takes between 5 and 7 days), Europe and the US between 7 and 10 days.

What does shipping cost?
National shipping is free for orders over €50, orders less than this amount, shipping costs €6.50. For Europe and the US they are free with orders over €100, orders less than this amount, shipments to Europe have a cost of €8; and the US from €15

Return policy.
We do not accept returns if the product is opened or in poor condition. You have 15 days to contact us and process the return. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.

Are all products natural?
Yes, our formulas are with 100% natural ingredients that do not harm the planet or people. In them you will never find the following ingredients:
Parabens, plastic, silicones, petroleum derivatives, phthalates, sls, gmo...2
What material are the containers made of?
They are all made of glass except the scrubber which is made of aluminum. They are all recyclable.
Who formulates the products and where are they manufactured?
All our products are formulated by Eli, CEO of Mamita Botanical, and are manufactured in a laboratory in Barcelona.
What is the expiration date of the products?
Once opened they have a life of 1 year, except for the Eye Contour, which has a life of 7 months. Store in a dry place away from direct artificial or natural light or high temperatures.
Can I use the products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
The only product that is not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding is 1-003 Elixir Tonic, since it contains Roman sage essential oil. The other products are suitable but we recommend using them after the first trimester of pregnancy.
Are the products vegan?
Yes, they all are.

The gluten free products in our range are:
1-003 Tonic-elixir, 1-004 Facial scrub, 1-006 Smoothing cleanser, 1-007 Nourishing cleanser.

All our products contain 85% organic ingredients
