SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN

Our shipments within Spain have a value of €6.50 with the company DHL. We have the option of Pick Up with free shipping within the city of Barcelona. For purchases over €50, shipping costs are free with the code: MAMITAES

SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE

Our shipments to Europe have a value of €8 with the DHL company. For purchases over €100 shipping costs are free with the code: MAMITAEU

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EUROPE

Our shipments outside Europe have a value of €12 with the DHL company. If your country is not on the shipping list, please contact: hola@mamitabotanical.com

DELIVERY

Once the order is placed, it will be received between 2 to 5 business days. (except holidays and weekends). Shipments within Europe take a maximum of one week and outside Europe a maximum of 15 days. RETURNS

We only accept returns if the product received arrives in poor condition. If the product is opened or in use, we do not accept returns. If the product received is not the correct one, let us know as soon as possible and we will solve it :) If you have sensitive skin or have allergic reactions, write to us and we will advise you. hello@mamitabotanical.com
