<strong>What makes you sustainable?</strong> <br>For us, sustainability goes beyond printing on recycled paper. We believe that being sustainable starts as a business foundation, in doing the right things, in not using shortcuts, in being transparent, in not skimping on product and ingredient testing, in forming a team that is happy with what they are doing and feel that what you do matters. In 2019 we decided to change the entire design of our packaging and use glass to eliminate plastic. We use screen printing to avoid paper and labeling consumption as much as possible. The boxes are ink only. The packaging is recycled.

When will you respond to my query?
Our hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We will respond within a maximum period of 2 business days.

How does the points program work?
Depending on your purchases, you will accumulate points that will be transformed into discounts after 15 days from your last purchase. Create account 200 points. Every €1 - 5 points 500 points - €5 OFF 100 points - €10 OFF

For Europe and the US they are free with orders over €100, orders less than this amount, shipping to Europe costs €8 and the US costs €15.<p><strong><br></strong></p> <strong>Return policy.</strong><br> We do not accept returns if the product is opened or in poor condition. You have 15 days to contact us and process the return. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.
