MEDICINAL THYME SOUP
I would say this soup is one of my favorites, I hope you like it as much as I do!
Thyme is a medicinal plant loaded with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
It is a great digestive tonic, so this soup will be a great ally in cases of gastroenteritis, menstrual pain and will also help us with flu and common colds.
Furthermore, taking it this way will provide us with necessary vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium and iron; for the proper functioning of our immune system.
INGREDIENTS
-
a little thyme
-
vegetable or chicken broth (preferably homemade)
-
onion
-
young garlic
-
thin slices of toasted bread (preferably gluten-free)
-
eggs
STEPS TO FOLLOW
-
In a saucepan with a little oil, put the young garlic and reserve part of it to decorate.

-
