I thought about sharing this recipe since we are living in a unique moment and our emotions are being altered (logically), so our skin can also suffer its consequences.

So this recipe will help sensitive, irritated, itchy, inflamed skin... You have to find your balance.


  • Flaxseed: rich in mucilage that will provide softening and repairing properties.

  • Chamomile: anti-inflammatory, calming, sedative, digestive, emonagogue.

  • Lavender: relaxing, relieves itching, healing, facilitates sleep.

  • Fennel: antiseptic, soothing, helps relieve belly bloating, eliminate fluids, emonagogue, natural eye drops.


  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed

  • 1 tsp of dried chamomile

  • 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers

  • 1ch dried fennel seeds

  • 1/2 cup of vegetable glycerin


  1. Add 1 cup of flaxseed with 3 cups of water and let it marinate overnight.

  2. When we have the flaxseed gel ready, infuse the lavender, chamomile and fennel for 5 minutes.

  3. Strain the flaxseed and keep the gel

  4. Put the flax gel, glycerin and infusion in a clean container and stir.

  5. Store for 1 week in the refrigerator .

This nutritious floral water will provide us with calm, moisturization, and will help us regenerate the skin and soften it.

We can use it to:

  1. With a cotton/muslin cloth, apply all over the face as many times as necessary to feel our skin better.

  2. Moisturize fresh masks.
